Jim Meystedt

Growing up in Missouri and graduating college with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Jim spent 30 years in the steel industry.  During the the last 16 years of this career, he held the position of Division President of Macsteel Service Centers, USA, one of the largest privately held steel operations in the world.

Always having a love for construction and an ‘itch to someday become an entrepreneur’, he left the steel industry in 2011, and along with my wife, Barbara, of 23 years, purchased a construction company which specialized in repairing homes and business damaged by fire, water or storm.  In early 2019, Reliant Construction Group, LLC was formed to serve remodeling clients throughout Middle TN.

As for hobbies, Jim loves cooking for the family followed by a competitive ‘board game’ of parents versus children, cheering for the Preds and Titans and spending as much time as possible with his incredible wife.
